What Is BWRT?

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is a revolutionary process developed by Terence Watts and his research partner, South African Clinical Psychologist, Rafiq Lockhat. It is an incredibly fast and highly effective tool that can be used for many types of psychological disturbances no matter how long-standing or troublesome they may be.

Many times, BWRT may completely alleviate your presenting symptoms  in just one session. Although, if multiple symptoms are present 1 – 3 sessions may be necessary.

BWRT is a content-free process, which means you don’t have to reveal what you’re thinking about in order for the process to work. You will remain fully aware and totally safe with no need to analyze, understand, or discover the underlying cause of your problem.
